    Under a Tweetium model, the free level will not be free. The user must pay with 1-2 tweets about my app, with a link, each month. Users will not be able to sign up for a free account if they don’t have a Twitter account. Above that, there will be a pay level for those who want an enhanced service or who don’t want to or can’t pay with a tweet.
